We support our Clients to resolve policy and education law related queries and issues.

We assist with the interpretation and analysis of the principles and implications of policy and legal sources (Constitution (Bill of Rights), legislation (e.g., South African Schools Act,1996), national and provincial regulations, court cases, common law, foreign and international law, etc.) and keep our Clients up to date with new developments in Home Education.

Capacity Building

We provide professional development and training services on law and policy in education to home educators, tutors and other interested stakeholders or professionals involved in the home education sector.

We cover topics of relevance and importance to Home Education (e.g., home education policy and law, foreign home education principles, digitalisation, internationalisation, common law, constitutional and legislative issues in education) and matters of interest to our Clients.  

Our workshops, conferences and short courses are announced on our website and other media spaces from time to time.

Mediation, Liaison and Dispute Resolution

We provide our Clients with mediation services and solutions on various issues that can be resolved through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) measures.

We support our Clients in their relationship with stakeholders (e.g., regulatory authorities) through liaison, intervention, facilitation, representation and mediation. Our expert services assist our Clients to obtain speedy resolutions to compliance related disputes and other policy and education law matters.

Education Law and Policy Database

We archive statutes, court cases and policies and other documents for access by our Clients via Subscription or Affiliation. The Database is designed to give our Clients easy access to quality information and to keep them abreast of new developments.

Advertising

We provide Clients with a Platform for Marketing Products and Services to the Home Education sector and where Home Educators can find out about products and services they may require.

Tutors and other Professionals working in the Home Education sector can advertise their services on our Platform. Parents or Home Educators may also advertise Tutor positions on our Platform.
