We provide our Clients with mediation services and solutions on various issues that can be resolved through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) measures
Our expert services assist our Clients to obtain speedy resolutions to compliance related disputes and other policy and education law matters. We support them in their relationship with stakeholders (e.g., regulatory authorities) through liaison, intervention, facilitation, representation and mediation.
We provide independent, impartial and specialist tribunal services and Clients may refer disciplinary cases and/or appeals to us for adjudication in accordance with their Codes of Conduct.
